About Bjørn
Bjørn Aris (1965 – Netherlands) Instructor of iaido, the art of the Japanese fight with the Samurai sword, has dedicated himself for more than 35 years to study and train in Zen philosophies and oriental martial arts.
After 12 years of experience in the world of finance as an investment banker and a career as a successful entrepreneur, he decided at the turn of the millennium to deepen his knowledge in mindfulness and the differences of thought between the cultures of the East and the West.
Training Program
With the aim of applying and effectively fusing the millennial Oriental wisdom to the Western business world, he created the “Mental Bridging©” training program. Scientifically validated by academic studies in 2007 and 2012, it received an innovation award granted by the Royal Dutch Military Police.
Currently, he works as a consultant and coach specialized in the training of executives, companies and organizations, helping them in their search for a deeper and clearer understanding of their challenges, providing the tools to facilitate the fulfillment of their objectives.
Since 2000, he has inspired more than ten thousand leaders and employees in the corporate world from over 60 countries, encouraging them to achieve exceptional, balanced and continuous work performance, together with greater personal well-being, contributing to the creation of a positive and free from stress work environment.
